Mother of seven. She has had four miscarriages and one son and two daughters.

Currently residing in Argentina, she dedicates herself, through Auroramadre, to training professionals in the area of sexual and reproductive health from a holistic perspective, to activism for women's reproductive rights, and to promoting the doula movement in Latin America and worldwide through the Global Doula Network.
